We are looking for a Sales Manager in Lithuania.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in lithuanian — at least B2 level
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in lead generation and negotiation
Experience in logistics companies, CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) is a plus
Understanding of the Central European local market is a plus
Results-oriented with a strong business development focus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
Flexibility, readiness for new challenges, and quick learning
Main Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (Sales Development Representative functions):
Identifying potential clients (via online resources, events, conferences, referrals)
Initial communication (cold calls, email campaigns, messaging)
Qualifying leads according to business needs, updating CRM, and managing qualified leads in the sales pipeline
Sales:
Conducting online/offline meetings with potential clients
Presenting the company’s services and solutions
Negotiating terms, preparing commercial proposals, and participating in negotiations
Closing deals and achieving sales targets
Account Management:
Managing signed agreements and ensuring compliance with obligations
Building long-term client relationships
Identifying additional needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Resolving operational and organizational client issues on a daily basis
