About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our International Business team. In this role, you’ll work with e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, and logistics partners, owning the sales journey from prospecting to closing while collaborating closely with Product, Operations, Customer Support, and Business Development teams.

What you bring

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a solid track record of achieving targets, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or cross-border delivery
• Experience managing complex, multi-country deals and leading negotiations with confidence
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities
• Data-driven approach – able to translate market insights into effective commercial strategies
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• We are only considering candidates currently located in Lithuania, Vilnius

2900-3000 €/mon. gross
For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2900-3000 EUR gross + quarterly variable pay.
