Job description
- Active search for clients in the existing database (cold calls);
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients;
- Extending contracts for existing clients when needed;
- Assessing client profiles.
- Entering data and updating correct information in the general system;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a sales manager (telemarketing or finance would be an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English in writing and orally (required);
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
- Diligence, responsibility, communication skills;
- Ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Logical thinking;
- Ability to work with tasks simultaneously by distributing tasks according to priorities.
