- Supervise and coordinate sanitary works on a construction site
- Monitor work progress according to the schedule
- Account for your area-specific work
- Work with subcontractors, the investor, and designers
- Resolve technical issues on the construction site
- Handle the purchasing of services and materials
- Keep technical documentation of the construction site and participate in the acceptance process
- Proactively prepare quotes and budgets
- Analyse design documentation.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Degree in environmental engineering
- Unrestricted building licence to manage construction works in the field of sanitary systems and engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in managing sanitary works in industrial/public construction
- Solid grasp of the construction market, specifically in the area of sanitary engineering
- Ability to create sanitary work schedules
- MS Office proficiency
- Category B driving licence
- Good command of English
