SAP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing development of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related maintenance and supply chain processes.


What we expect from you:

• Experience working with SAP EAM (PM), SAP MM, or closely related SAP functional domains.

• Experience in maintenance, asset management, inventory management, spare parts management, procurement, or related business processes would be considered an advantage.

• Understanding of SAP modules, configurations, and functionalities relevant to their area of specialization.

• Knowledge of business processes and industry best practices, with the ability to map them onto SAP solutions.

• Understanding of how SAP modules integrate with each other and with external systems.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and the project lifecycle (SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.)

• Experience participating in SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Good English communication skills.

What you will do:

• Analyse and understand the business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

• Work closely with business users and business process managers.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, cooperate with developers within implementation.

• Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business requirements.

• Create comprehensive test cases based on functional specifications.

• Ability to demonstrate working end-to-end processes to customers (perform DEMO session to the end-users).

• Guide stakeholders through changes, ensuring smooth adoption of the new SAP system.

• Consult end-users on how to effectively use the SAP system.

• Maintain system documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Provide support for resolving any immediate post-implementation or any other issues (incidents or service requests).

• Collaborate with developers to analyse and fix system issues.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new SAP features within domain.

• Base monthly salary: from 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
