Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant, dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Security Guard.
As a Security Guard you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the premises, assets and employees of the international organization.
This position is suitable for individuals with prior security and/or military, police background that are looking for the opportunity of pursuing their career in the civil security field of the international organization.
This is a full-time position with potential working trips and additionally paid extra hours.

The Security Guard’s primary responsibilities will include:

• The overall security and safety of the premises, affiliated areas, employees and visitors
  
• Constant alert, ability to spot any signs of danger, quickly report any concerns and incidents to the Chief Security Officer promptly and according to all internal policies
  
• Respond to and handle any security problems, issues and emergency situations in accordance with all procedures and regulations
  
• Perform regular clocking rounds of all areas, both outside and inside, that will include search for, handle and report any unusual circumstances, safety violations, destruction and suspicious or undesirable persons
  
• Perform thorough searches of vehicles and visitors
  
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any concerns or incidents to the Chief Security Officer
  
• Close (VIP) protection of the management on international level

• High School Diploma and preferably university degree
  
• Minimum of at least 2-year experience in any security related, military or police field
  
• Good judgment, courage, alertness, calm temperament and ability to render high-level performance of the duties
  
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting
  
• We expect the candidate to be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
  
• We are expecting the suitable candidate to be mentally sharp, motivated, energetic, physically strong and healthy, attentive to small details, responsible, committed to the supervisor and the team
  

Additional Required Skills and Ability:

• Communicate effectively in Lithuanian and English languages, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian language (verbal) would be a benefit
  
• Clear criminal record
  
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends
  
• Ability to communicate through a portable radio
  
• Experience in operating the CCTV cameras
  
• Experience in operating the X-Ray machine would be a benefit
