- Leading complex sales processes from start to finish, including proposals and public tenders.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across teams and regions throughout the sales process.
- Analysing market trends, pricing, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Managing your sales pipeline, sharing insights, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to broader business decisions.
What will help you succeed in the role:
- Professional English and native-level Lithuanian language skills.
- 5+ years of experience managing sales projects in IT, SaaS, or similar environments. Understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM, as well as experience with public tenders or procurement processes, would be considered an advantage.
- Confidence in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, AI tools) in your daily work.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- A degree in Economics, IT, or a related field is helpful, but not essential.
- A strategic mindset, curiosity about clients' businesses, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach and willingness to take initiative.
