- Administration of leasing and operating lease accounting agreements
- Administration of customer payments and insurance premiums
- Handling of internal and external client inquiries related to accounting matters
- Optimization of accounting processes
- Preparation and submission of reports to internal and external institutions
- Assistance with annual audits and tax reviews
- Other accounting-related tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience in accounting and tax management
- Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or broader financial sector would be considered an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets and financial analysis
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
