We are looking for a Senior Business & IT Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will bridge business and IT, managing change initiatives from requirements gathering to production release. You will work closely with business stakeholders and external vendors, coordinate solution delivery and testing, and configure the system to support new business needs.

We are looking for a Senior Business & IT Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will bridge business and IT, managing change initiatives from requirements gathering to production release. You will work closely with business stakeholders and external vendors, coordinate solution delivery and testing, and configure the system to support new business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather and clarify requirements
- Coordinate system changes with external development vendors and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Plan and coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing with business users
- Coordinate releases and support successful deployment to production
- Configure the system based on approved business requirements
- Monitor assigned initiatives, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Present implemented solutions to business users and provide post-release support
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of IT change initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and production release
- Strong experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in testing coordination and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in the insurance industry would be considered as advantage
- Fluent communication skills in English
