Senior Lawyer

As a Senior Lawyer you will:

· Lead and develop the legal function for e-commerce across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

· Ensure and own the company's compliance with applicable legal requirements.

· Independently assesse complex, cross-jurisdictional (Baltics and EU) legal risks and prepare conclusions and strategic proposals for senior management.

· Provide senior-level legal guidance to employees and business units across all legal matters.

· Oversee and approve the company's internal procedure documents across all three Baltic states markets.

· Own and supervise responses to consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries.

• 5+ years of legal work experience in the private sector, law firm, retail or e-commerce company.
• 2+ years of experience in personal data protection issues, consumer law, advertising law.
• Great legal drafting skills.
• The ability to deal with complex legal issues, reconcile different expectations and have good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to legal challenges, taking ownership of your workstreams and driving matters forward with a high degree of independence.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
