The Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to fully own Dyler's marketing function. A solo-owner role: you set strategy, execute, measure, and report directly to founders. No team underneath; budget and priorities defined together with the CEO.
What you'll own
- Full marketing strategy: paid, SEO/content, lifecycle, brand, social, community
- New listings and dealer acquisition
- Geographic expansion into new markets
- Paid media across Google Ads, Meta and paid social
- SEO and content: ownership of a large multilingual catalogue, programmatic SEO, and proactive link building / backlink acquisition
- Lifecycle / CRM: email automation and dealer relationships
- Social and community: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, niche forums and Reddit
- Light design and creative briefing - simple visuals yourself (Canva / Figma), brief external designers and contractors for heavier work
- CRO and experimentation: running A/B tests across the funnel (homepage → listing → inquiry → dealer signup) to lift conversion rates
- Partnerships and PR: classic car clubs, events, niche communities
- Performance reporting to founders
What we expect
- 5 years in marketing, last 2+ at senior level
- Proven full-stack ownership - you've run a complete marketing function before, not just one channel
- Strong paid media background (Google Ads + Meta) and hands-on SEO/content experience, including link building
- Track record with international audiences (DE / IT / UK / US or similar)
- Comfortable with data - PostHog, GA4, GTM; SQL doesn't scare you
- Hands-on experience running CRO / A/B testing programs
- Comfortable creating light visual assets and briefing designers
- Fluent English (all content in EN)
- Self-starter - no team alongside you
Nice to have
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience
- E-commerce or automotive vertical background
- Hands-on with email automation tools: MailerLite, Klaviyo, Omnisend or similar
- Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush, PostHog product analytics
- Community building in forums or Reddit
