We continue to grow and are looking for a person who will take responsibility for the growth of our digital channels, their efficiency, and tangible business results.

Your goal to create and develop the digital strategy, manage channels, and ensure results through timely, data-driven decisions.

• Develop and execute the digital performance strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  
• Manage campaigns end-to-end — from structure setup to optimization (hands-on)
  
• Make data-driven decisions regarding budget allocation and channel priorities
  
• Continuously test (A/B), optimize, and scale campaigns
  
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: CPA, CPL, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
  
• Collaborate with the analytics team to improve tracking and attribution
  
• React to market changes and ensure fast, timely decision-making

• 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have)
  
• Experience with Meta Ads (TikTok experience is a strong advantage)
  
• Ability to independently manage budgets and make strategic decisions
  
• Clear understanding of funnels, conversions, and optimization
  
• Data-driven mindset and strong results orientation
  

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or lead generation
  
• Experience working with larger budgets
  
• Experience testing and scaling campaigns
