About the role
We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our performance marketing team
and strengthen our paid acquisition eGorts, with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads.
This is not just an execution role; we are seeking someone who can contribute strategically,
identify growth opportunities, and help scale performance across multiple markets in
collaboration with the team.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta and Google platforms;
- Manage and scale campaigns across European markets, with additional focus on
- Continuously test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and bidding approaches;
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas for scaling performance;
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable
- Collaborate closely with the PPC, creative, and analytics teams;
- Contribute to KPI achievement and eGicient budget allocation.
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC (Meta and Google Ads);
- Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns across multiple markets;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy;
- Experience working with international markets (Europe required; US/Canada a
- Proactive approach: not just executing, but bringing ideas and contributing to
- Comfortable experimenting and iterating quickly;
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills.
