Great links don't just appear - someone has to find them, vet them, and convince a webmaster to say yes. We're looking for an SEO Outreach / Link Building Specialist who treats donor lists like a craft: sharp criteria, clean data, and an outreach style that actually gets replies. You'll dig into competitor backlink profiles, build contact databases across markets, and keep our link velocity steady across four countries. If you've got a sixth sense for a quality domain and don't mind a bit of negotiation, let's talk.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Written English at B1 — Intermediate level (with Deepl 😊 ).
- Knowledge of Outreach processes and understanding how to quickly gather link donor sites in a specific geographic area.
- Knowledge of key SEO metrics to evaluate the quality and selection of link donors.
- Experience working with major SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, etc.).
- Experience monitoring and analyzing competitor backlinks.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets.

- Experience with automation tools (developing scripts and services for more efficient and faster work).
- Understanding how to conduct high-quality analysis of competitor link-building strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Selecting donor sites based on predefined criteria, gathering contact databases, and communicating with webmasters.
- Analyzing competitor backlinks (Ahrefs, Semrush, SimilarWeb).
- Searching for alternative link placement opportunities.
- Collaborating with the content manager and copywriter.
- Continuously expanding the database of sites.
- Finding new outreach methods.
- Monitoring placed backlinks.
- Evaluating and selecting donor sites according to set criteria.
- Timely completion of tasks set by the management.
- Finding contractors for forum link placements and interacting with them.
