Tasks & Responsibilities
- Analysing software requirements to understand functional and performance expectations.
- Designing, documenting, executing and maintaining test plans and test cases.
- Identifying, reporting and documenting bugs to the development team.
- Preparing software verification and validation reports.
- Participating in test estimation and planning sessions.
- Actively sharing knowledge and assisting junior QA engineers by reviewing test cases, offering feedback and supporting their development.
- Continuously improving test processes and advocating for best practices in QA.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree;
- At least 1 year hands on experience in manual software testing;
- Willingness to work with various testing tools and techniques;
- Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification or similar is a plus);
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Strong attention to detail;
- Analytical mindset and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience in automation testing is not a requirement, but if you’re eager to learn and explore automation, we’d love to support your growth in this area.
