Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-driven Supply Chain Planning Specialist to strengthen supply operations at Deeper. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams and suppliers to ensure smooth planning, accurate data, and on-time product availability.

Monitor inventory levels and analyze stock movements to identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
Maintain and update planning and procurement data in ERP or supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy of orders, inventory records, and supply information.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (procurement, production, logistics, sales, and R&D) regarding order quantities, delivery timelines, and supply priorities.
Track purchase orders and production plans, monitor order progress, and proactively resolve supply disruptions, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports and planning dashboards on inventory levels, supply performance, and order status to support decision-making.
Support procurement and supply chain operations, assisting with customs documentation for timely and compliant imports

Good Lithuanian and English language skills (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail with a result-oriented and proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
Strong MS Excel skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work accurately under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Fixed salary depending on experience: €1850-2310 gross/month + annual bonuses.
