- Collaborate with various business and IT teams across the Baltics, ensuring effective communication and achievement of shared goals.
- Analyze and prepare business and functional requirements.
- Propose solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide support to partners during integration with BTA systems.
- Work in internal and external project teams.

Salary:from EUR 2200 - 2600 gross(the final salary will be reviewed and determined based on your competencies).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and REST / SOAP web services.
- Understanding of system design principles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- You have an understanding of IT systems, data flows, and integration solutions.
- You have an analytical mindset and the ability to make well-grounded, data-driven decisions.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, have a good knowledge in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
