We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Telia.
My name is Jolita Surgutanoviene. I’m leading the Baltic Talent Acquisition team at Telia Company. Right now I’m searching for someone who is passionate about partnering with the business, finding great talent, and creating a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. We’re a collaborative team that values curiosity, clear communication, and fast, thoughtful decision‑making.
What you’ll do:
You’ll manage the full recruitment process and act as an adviser to the business, supporting hiring across Telia’s Nordic and Baltic markets.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3300 – 3900 Eur (gross) + annual bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.

What you’ll do:
You’ll manage the full recruitment process and act as an adviser to the business, supporting hiring across Telia’s Nordic and Baltic markets.
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment workflow for corporate roles (finance, procurement, legal, HR, etc.) and commercial roles (B2B, B2C, etc)
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and support them with hiring insights
- Engage and nurture candidates throughout a high‑touch recruitment experience
- Use data and technology (ATS, sourcing tools) to guide conversations and improve process effectiveness
- Represent TA as a subject‑matter expert in sourcing and recruitment practices
What will help you thrive in this role
You’ll enjoy this role if you’re proactive, people‑focused, and eager to advise and support the business.
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition field, preferably in the international environment
- End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process, strong sourcing skills (e.g., via LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders confidently
- Clear and professional communication (written, spoken, and in presentations)
- Fluency in English
