Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed term, 6 months)

✨ Own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions (Commercial, Sales, Operations, etc.)

🔍 Source and attract talent using creative strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, campaigns, networking)

🤝 Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to align hiring needs with business goals

🌐 Collaborate with an international TA team to drive consistency and innovation

📈 Share insights and improve recruitment practices, tools, and processes

🧠 Stay ahead of market trends across the Nordics & Lithuania

🧩3–5 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or similar industry is a plus)

🧩 Experience hiring across multiple regions, ideally Nordics/Lithuania

🧩 Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

🧩 Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

🧩 Fluent English (Nordic languages are an advantage)

🧩 Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools

🧩 Proactive mindset with a drive to improve and deliver results
