You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Working with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to identify the candidates personas;
• Searching and identifying the most suitable candidates (both inbound and outbound);
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, by phone;
• Mastering sourcing tools, crafting and sending recruiting emails;
• Promoting our employer brand online and offline, participating in various events for building relationships with potential candidates;
• Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
• Taking responsibility of full-cycle selection process of junior level positions.

Salary range for this position group is 1890 to 2830 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
