Women Go Tech is more than just a mentorship program - it’s a movement shaping the future of women in tech. As the very first initiative in Lithuania dedicated to helping women requalify and thrive in the technology sector, we stand for equal opportunities, diversity, and the empowerment of talent to succeed in a fast-evolving digital world.

But our mission doesn’t stop here. In 2023, we expanded our reach across Central and Eastern Europe, and in 2024, we’re taking a bold step forward - introducing AI-focused programs to equip at least 20,000 women with cutting-edge knowledge in this transformative field.

And we’re not slowing down. In 2025, Women Go Tech joined forces with DareIT Poland, combining our expertise, passion, and networks to build an even stronger, more impactful community. Now, with 70,000 women in our ecosystem, we’re setting our sights on something bigger: by 2026, we aim to empower 300,000 women with digital skills and career opportunities, redefining the future of tech - together.
