Your responsibilities include:
· Provide tax advisory support on business operations, transactions, contracts, and cross‑border activities for Elektrum Lietuva and its subsidiaries;
· Participate in the preparation and timely filing of tax returns (including VAT, CIT, and other relevant taxes).
· Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their potential impact on the company;
· Contribute to the improvement of tax compliance processes by identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement;
· Collaborate with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities;
· Support the finance team with more complex tax matters and contribute to cross‑departmental projects requiring tax expertise.

We Expect You To Have:
· Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
· At least 2 years of professional experience in taxation;
· Strong understanding of Lithuanian tax reporting requirements and hands‑on experience applying them in practice (focus on VAT and CIT; knowledge of PIT, excise tax, and real estate tax is an advantage);
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian;
· Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level);
· Strong skills in MS Excel and Word;
· Well‑developed analytical and critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset;
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
· An accounting background would be considered an advantage.
