- Build internal culture and motivate the team to perform on the highest level
- Develop your team’s skills in customer support and sales
- Ensure quality and professional customer service in the Call Center following the customer service standard
- Use analytics and business knowledge in further development of the Sky Branch, where innovative approaches will be applied in providing the customer with an exceptional customer service
- Meet Contact Center financial objectives
- Manage daily running of the Contact Center, ensuring effective resource planning
YOUR PROFILE
- You are self-motivated and can motivate others
- Experience in customer support and/or sales in call center
- Experience in coaching/training others to improve their performance
- Experience in the financial or banking sector would be considered as an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams to success, hands-on expertise in recruitment
- Strong commercial sense, set and monitor KPIs and sales targets
- English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and verbal)
- A university degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification is required
