Job description

What you will do:

Ensure the necessary competencies, increase motivation, and team engagement, and consistently work towards achieving set goals.
Support the development and continuity of relationships with existing clients and partners by ensuring high service quality and internal alignment.
Initiate process changes and improvements in service quality, taking into account the needs of clients and the market.
Provide assistance to team members in resolving challenging non-standard situations or issues.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify process bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Innovatively address systemic issues, seeking automation, optimization, and other solutions.
Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to achieve the best results.

What we expect from you:

Transport management experience is required (minimum of 2 years). Knowledge of TNDM transport operations is an advantage.
Result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Full knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with intermediate proficiency in Russian
Demonstrated initiative, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities (managerial experience is an advantage).
Quick adaptability and ability to make responsible decisions in a dynamic environment.
