B Group Steel is looking for a commercially strong and technically competent Technical Sales Project Manager to join our team.
This role combines international B2B sales, technical project coordination, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will work with steel structures, metal fabrication, and engineering-related projects across global markets, including Europe, Scandinavia, and third countries.

Main responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers in global markets.
- Identifying new business opportunities in steel structures, metal fabrication, construction, industrial, and engineering-related projects.
- Expanding the company’s client base across international markets, including third countries.
- Managing the full sales and project cycle: client inquiry, technical clarification, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract coordination, project follow-up, and final delivery.
- Preparing and presenting technical-commercial offers to international clients.
- Analysing technical drawings, specifications, project documentation, and client requirements.
- Coordinating communication between clients, engineering, production, procurement, logistics, subcontractors, and management.
- Ensuring that project scope, deadlines, quality requirements, delivery terms, and commercial conditions are clearly understood and followed.
- Participating in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proactively solving issues.
- Supporting pricing, cost estimation, and commercial decision-making together with the internal team.
- Representing the company professionally in international meetings, calls, presentations, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Following global market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements for the candidate
We expect the candidate to have:
Advantages:
- Higher education in engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, construction, metal structures, or another relevant technical field.
- Strong international B2B sales experience, preferably in steel structures, metal fabrication, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
- Proven experience working with technical products, technical services, or project-based sales.
- Experience working with clients, partners, or suppliers in international markets.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets, including third countries.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and participating in client negotiations.
- Strong project coordination or project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results, client needs, and long-term business relationships.
- Ability to manage several projects, clients, or opportunities at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.
- Category B driving licence.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla, SolidWorks, MS Project, CRM, ERP, or similar systems.

- Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Polish, Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, or Scandinavian languages.
- Existing business network in construction, steel, metalwork, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
