As a Peplink Support Engineer, you'll handle networking challenges that don't have textbook answers. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our R&D team, get early hands-on access to 5G (upcoming 6G), Wi-Fi 7 (upcoming Wi-Fi 8), and SD-WAN innovations before they hit the market, and directly influence the products powering autonomous systems and mission-critical communications worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Provide expert technical support to clients across the globe
- Reproduce real-world network scenarios in the lab to isolate and solve tough issues
- Collaborate directly with R&D to crack complex problems and shape product improvements
- Be among the first to test brand-new features, hardware, and technologies
What You Bring
- Comfort working in a Linux command-line environment
- Hands-on experience with wireless networks is an advantage
- Strong written and spoken English
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field (final-year students welcome), or equivalent practical experience
