Technical support specialist

Daily communication with customers of Esco Medical Devices via email and phone in a timely manner;
Clearly documenting all received customer complaints and feedback in the company register
Investigation of received customer complaints, constant follow-up
Daily cooperation with the team on troubleshooting of the received customer complaints in case of need
Replacement part preparation in a timely manner
Preparation of reports to the customer

A university (or equivalent) degree in electronics or biomedical electronics is preferred.
> 1 year of experience in the Operations/Customer Support area is preferred;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone manner;
Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams;
Good English skills (knowledge of another language is an advantage)
Well knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
