Join an international team of Lithuanian and German engineers developing advanced medical devices for mechanical lung ventilation.

As part of the Verification & Validation team, you will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

We're looking for a Manual Test Engineer with experience in system-level testing, ideally involving hardware devices, as well as:
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing verification and validation activities, including:
- Designing, writing, and executing manual test cases
- Analyzing test results and investigating defects
- Identifying root causes and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues
- Reviewing product requirements for completeness and testability
- Documenting test results, technical findings, and verification evidence
We're looking for a Manual Test Engineer with experience in system-level testing, ideally involving hardware devices, as well as:
- 3+ years of experience in software or system testing
- Good understanding of electronic or mechanic or pneumatic or hydraulic based systems
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, requirements traceability, and defect management
- Experience in setting up custom measurement setups for taking precise physical measurements is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, IBM Engineering Test Management (RQM/ETM), or IBM DOORS is an advantage
- Strong technical documentation and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional, international teams
- Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated environment is an advantage
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
