Trade Marketing Specialist (Baltics)

IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Trade Marketing Specialist, who will be in charge of Baltic Markets. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

Role Overview:

The role is focusing on planning, executing, and controlling trade marketing activities across key sales channels and partners. Executing annual activity and promo calendars, coordinating closely with Sales on product launches and promotions, ensuring effective implementation of trade marketing strategies.

Job Location: Vilnius, Lithuania.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execution of approved Trade Marketing strategies in Baltic countries.
  
• Execution of annual Trade Marketing plans in line with agreed business priorities.
  
• Translation of brand plans into concrete channel and customer-level activities in close cooperation with Sales and Brand Marketing teams.
  
• Execution, coordination and post-evaluation of promotional activities and in-store activations.
  
• Trade Marketing budget tracking, expense control and timely reporting within approved budgets.
  
• Adaptation, coordination and rollout of POS materials and equipment in accordance with brand guidelines.
  
• Execution and maintenance of Trade Marketing tools and standards (selling stories, retail standards, merchandising guidelines, planograms, assortment and visibility standards).
  
• Monitoring and reporting of key Trade Marketing KPIs: numeric and weighted distribution, promo efficiency, in-store visibility.
  
• Ongoing market and competitor monitoring (pricing, promotions, in-store visibility) with structured insights reflected in reports.
  
• Monthly Business Review preparation & Key sales reports preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing/Commercial/Sales support roles.
  
• Experience in FMCG, Beverages or Food categories is a strong advantage.
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
  
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages.
