Get a behind-the-scenes look at aviation operations! We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our crew and office personnel. From coordinating flights and accommodations to optimizing crew positioning and managing supplier contracts, you'll be at the heart of the logistics that keep aviation moving. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for crew members and other operational personnel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related logistics in a timely and cost-efficient manner
  • Ensure all travel plans comply with Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and regulatory requirements, monitoring schedules and duty hours to maintain crew safety and legal compliance
  • Provide prompt support to resolve any travel related issues or disruptions
  • Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Liaise with a range of suppliers and service providers to source competitive rates and maintain reliable partnerships
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast and plan travel needs efficiently
  • Facilitate visa applications, renewals, and immigration documentation as required for international travel.

We expect You to have:

  • Proficiency in computer-based systems
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Higher education
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in the aviation sector is highly advantageous.
