Lead and manage the driver recruitment team, organizing and overseeing its daily work

Ensure driver attraction in line with the company's approved growth plans

Build, refine, and continuously improve recruitment and hiring processes

Liaise with third-country driver sourcing agencies

Coordinate foreign nationals' employment and migration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Oversee administration of driver documentation (work permits, visas, contracts)

Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department on driver attraction initiatives

Maintain ongoing communication with active drivers and gather feedback

Prepare reports and present results to management

At least 5 years of experience in the transport and logistics sector, working with driver attraction, administration, or personnel management for international transport operations

Prior experience leading a team

Experience organizing and coordinating driver sourcing, selection, and hiring processes

Solid understanding of foreign nationals' employment and migration processes

Strong grasp of the international transport business, driver attraction challenges, and turnover management

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate large-scale processes in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
