Join our team as a Vendor Cooperation Baltic Manager and drive the development of strategic vendor partnerships across the Baltics. You will build strong relationships with key partners, act as the main point of contact, and contribute directly to business growth in a dynamic cross-border environment.

- Coordinate the approval and ongoing management of the cooperation strategy, reporting, and other agreed terms and conditions for Vendor partners at the Pan-Baltic and local level.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Pan-Baltic/Local partners (producers, importers and dealers in the automotive and equipment sectors) via active cooperation with local vendor cooperation teams.
- Coordinate the approval and ongoing management of the cooperation strategy, reporting, and other agreed terms and conditions for Vendor partners at the Pan-Baltic and local (country) levels.
- Coordinate implementation of legal framework (agreements and supporting documents) and processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Finance field.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in leasing partnerships or collaboration with external partners.
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills.
- Proactive, flexible and thriving with deadlines personality that is driven by a positive mindset to achieve the best feasible result in a changing and challenging environment.
