Visual Designer I Networking Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious Visual designer to join our Operational marketing team in Kaunas. Our connectivity devices keep factories, cities, and energy systems connected all over the world, and your job will be to make that technology look as good as it works. From product launches and international events to social media campaigns, your designs will show how our reliable, safe, and easy-to-use solutions power areas such as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Create visual materials for events, including booth graphics, banners, brochures, web, and printed material.
• Design campaign visuals for product launches in line with marketing goals.
• Produce engaging graphics and visual content for social media channels.
• Prepare print-ready and digital material.
• Develop illustrations and visuals that explain technical products clearly and attractively.
• Keep our brand consistent and recognizable across all channels.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas faster, experiment with concepts, and streamline everyday design tasks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to turn ideas into effective visual solutions.
• Manage several projects at once and deliver high-quality results on time.

What we expect of you:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative thinking: you bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions while balancing business goals with visual appeal.
• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing.
• Experience in producing high-quality illustrations that support visual storytelling.
• Branding skills: you can create and work within brand guidelines and design systems, keeping all assets consistent.
• Experience with AI tools in the design process.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with 3D visualization (e.g., Blender) would be a big plus.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—3340 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

• In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
