Functions:

  • Ensure exceptional execution of the purchase process to meet or exceed company targets, with a strong focus on quota management and attainment.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with purchasing bodies and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze and understand customer needs, aligning them with our comprehensive portfolio of pharmaceutical products and medical instruments.
  • Guide customers throughout the entire purchasing journey—offering excellent service, building long-term trust, and ensuring consistent satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize weekly and monthly activities and client visits. Provide regular reporting and forecasts to the sales team.
  • Validate the reliability of potential clients and partners, ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead negotiations and manage purchase agreements in collaboration with the client’s sales teams, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the regional PI business, maintain awareness of competitors, and stay informed about the latest regulatory developments.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in wholesale trade.
  • Understanding of the distribution chain, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards in Europe.
  • Proven experience working with or deep understanding of the following markets: Italy, Portugal, Germany, Greece, or Spain.
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong results orientation and a proactive approach to meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic business environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional language would be a strong advantage.
