Retail Media Sales Specialist (Fixed term contract)

Selling retail media solutions to brands and media agencies;
Identifying new revenue opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term partners;
Acting as the main point of contact between the comapnies advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies;
Developing the advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions.

Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales (experience in media sales & media account management is an advantage);
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies;
Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve defined targets;
Very good Lithuanian and English language skills.
