KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review the Company’s compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and methodologies;
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare clear, actionable reports for senior management and stakeholders;
- Ensure adherence to Lithuanian and EU regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices;
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits;
- Perform stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk impact assessments;
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance and Business Units to embed risk awareness into daily operations;
- Support internal and external audit processes and regulatory inspections;
- Contribute to the development of risk appetite statements and risk governance structures;
- Provide assistance to the employees as much as it is related to the identification, management and elimination of risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education degree, preferably in Law, Finance or Economics;
- 3-5 years of experience in legal, compliance or risk management function of financial market participant;
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable in Lithuania and the EU;
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies;
- Being able to analyze, systematize and summarize information, evaluate it at various levels;
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
