Job responsibilities:

Participate in projects which include Capacity, New Products, and Cost Reduction, and involve highly automated production equipment
Responsible for specification & design of Electrical & Controls systems for automated manufacturing equipment
Support qualification of new production equipment / processes, and ensure compliance to quality standards through execution of protocols
Ensure safety compliance of control hardware/software, and support both conduction and timely closeout of risk assessments
Responsible for developing, tracking & communicating project plans for all control tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation/Controls Engineering, Software/Programming, or a closely related technical field
3–5 years of professional experience working with automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment, including hands‑on commissioning, debugging, and optimization
Proven expertise in PLC‑based machine control, including programming, troubleshooting, and integration of operator interface (HMI) systems
Experience with automation subsystems, such as servo and motion control systems, industrial vision systems for inspection or quality control, sensors, actuators, and robotics used in automated environments
Proficiency with industrial communication networks, such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or similar fieldbus technologies
Practical experience in equipment qualification, validation, and execution of protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) is considered highly beneficial
Ability to manage and deliver tasks within structured project environments, including planning, task tracking, and cross‑functional communication
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is required
Willingness to grow professionally, adopt new technologies, and contribute to a continuous‑improvement culture.
