What you'll do

• Implement high-quality supplier onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for seamless system integration
  
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any arising questions or issues effectively
  
• Manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems to automate document flow, reduce manual errors, and ensure system synchronization
  
• Administer supplier contracts and verify the reliability of all provided data
  
• Provide essential support in project-based activities and various administrative tasks related to supplier data management
  

About you

• Higher education (final year students are welcome to apply)
  
• Experience in supplier onboarding and contract management - advantage
  
• Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
  
• Good English skills (B2 or higher level); German language - advantage
  
• Strong time management, communication, and proactivity
